Listings and enquiries
Only submit property content you have permission to market and share. Listings require separate publication review. Check availability, ownership, boundaries, permissions and price independently before making a commitment.
Public beta and sample content
Listings marked as samples, project concepts and illustrative photographs are for testing. They are not offers of real property. A saved enquiry or viewing request is not a confirmed appointment or transaction.
Respect other people
Do not impersonate someone, submit false property claims, share private documents without authority or send abusive messages. Use the report and block controls when you have a concern.
Maps and price references
Where Google Maps is enabled, use is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. Map lines are not certified property boundaries. Dated advertised prices are asking-price observations, not completed sales or official valuations. Missing history is not invented.
