TigerNivas · टाइगर निवास is a White Tiger Digital Solutions product. These instructions apply to Facebook sign-in, connected Facebook Pages and the information held in your TigerNivas account.
Request deletion of your TigerNivas account
- Sign in at tigernivas.com/account using your usual sign-in method.
- Open Privacy & account rights, then select Request account deletion.
- Enter DELETE in the confirmation field and submit the request.
- The request is recorded for the TigerNivas team to review and process. Submitting it does not immediately erase your account or its records.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the email address registered with your TigerNivas account. Use the subject TigerNivas account deletion. State that you want your account and associated information reviewed for deletion, and identify any listings you also want removed. Do not send a password, SMS code or identity document.
Remove Facebook access
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find TigerNivas and choose Remove. For a connected Facebook Page, open Business integrations and remove TigerNivas there as well if listed.
You can also open TigerNivas Agent Studio, expand Import from your Facebook Page, and select Disconnect Page access. This removes the Page credentials saved by TigerNivas. Removing access in Facebook and requesting deletion of the TigerNivas account are separate actions; existing listing drafts are not automatically erased when Page access is disconnected.
Information covered by the request
Your request can cover your account name and email, social-provider identifier and profile photo, contact number, saved properties, enquiries, messages, viewing requests, property drafts and connected Page credentials. The team checks account ownership and any records that need to be retained for outstanding enquiries, disputes or other applicable obligations before processing the request. We will explain any information retained when responding to your request.
The current beta uses a manual deletion-review process. It does not promise immediate or automatic erasure. See the Privacy notice for more information.
